Dr. Petz Lajos Parking Garage

  • West Hungária Bau Kft. built a three-story building, which including the parking plateau on the lot provides parking for 560 cars in the immediate vicinity of the hospital. On June 5. 2020. the three-story Dr. Petz Lajos Parking House belonging to the Petz Aladár County Teaching Hospital in Győr was handed over. The opening may alleviate the previous parking problems in the area. The state supported the investment within the framework of the Modern Cities Program with HUF 2.4 billion. The parking garage can park a total of 359 vehicles on the ground floor, first floor and roof level, which is 201 more spaces than before. Detailed description of the project: UNITED Forms Kft. manufactured and delivered 604 4 cm thick precast concrete facade elements and placed them with an air gap of 6 cm’s in front of the 20 cm wide, 105 cm tall reinforced concrete parapet walls that run along the side walls of the 2 parking levels in the parking garage. Panels are being assembled using 1 cm wide joints, while forming 5 cm interstices at the structural dilatation.
